Not yet. Check your tracking number in your mailbox. Carriers sometimes mark "attempted delivery" when they didn't actually knock. Check your porch, lobby, and that neighbor who collects everyone's packages. Still missing after 48 hours? Then contact us.
Every product page shows estimated delivery dates before you checkout. We don't make those up — they're based on real shipping data. If your order blows past that estimate, reach out. We'll investigate. Just make sure your packages do not take scenic routes.
Before we ship? Absolutely, just reach out. After it's in transit? That's trickier — carriers don't love mid-route redirects. If tracking shows delivered to the address you entered, we have to consider that fulfilled. We know things happen, so triple-check your details at checkout. Saves yourself a headache.
Not currently. Express upgrades sound great until the "guaranteed" 2-day delivery takes 5 anyway. We'd rather set honest expectations than charge you premium rates for the same timeline. When carriers get reliable again, we'll revisit this.
Our prices include GST and VAT. However, your country's customs office makes their own rules, and we can't predict every border agent's mood. Check your local import regulations before ordering. We ship worldwide, but we can't ship you out of customs paperwork.
